1. Promoter

2. Promotion Period
The Promotion commences at 12:01 am AEDT on 5 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm AEDT on 29 November 2026, or earlier if the promotional allocation is exhausted (Promotion Period).
An Eligible Purchase must be made during the Promotion Period. The date shown on the valid Australian tax invoice will be used to determine the purchase date. The Promotion is available while stocks of the Bonus Product last.
3. Eligible Customers
The Promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who are private retail buyers and make an Eligible Purchase during the Promotion Period (Eligible Customer).
Employees and immediate family members of the Promoter, Participating Retailers and agencies directly associated with the Promotion are not eligible to claim.
The Promotion does not apply to purchases made for resale, project or commercial purposes.
4. Participating Retailers
A Participating Retailer is an authorised Artusi dealer participating in this Promotion. Online bidding or auction websites and unauthorised retailers are excluded.
Customers should confirm that the retailer is participating in the Promotion before making a purchase. If unsure of eligibility, please contact Artusi on 1300 694 583 before purchase.
5. Eligible Purchase
To qualify, an Eligible Customer must purchase a new, fully paid Eligible Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period and retain a valid Australian tax invoice as proof of purchase.
Display stock, factory seconds, T2 stock, carton-damaged stock, project sales and commercial sales are excluded.
A purchase that is cancelled, returned or refunded is not eligible for the Promotion, subject always to any rights the customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

7. Claim Period and How to Claim
Claims may only be submitted online and must be received by 11:59 pm AEDT on 27 December 2026 (Claim Closing Date).
To make a claim, an Eligible Customer must, before the Claim Closing Date:
visit artusi.com.au/promotions
(b) complete the online claim form with the requested customer, contact, delivery and purchase details;
(c) upload a clear copy of the valid Australian tax invoice showing the Participating Retailer, purchase date and Eligible Product; and
(d) provide the model and unique serial number for each Eligible Product claimed.
8. Claim Limits and Validation
One Bonus Product may be claimed for each Eligible Product purchased, provided each claim is supported by valid proof of purchase and a unique product serial number. Each Eligible Product may only be used for one claim.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any claim and may require original proof of purchase or additional information reasonably required to establish eligibility.
The Promoter may reject a claim that is incomplete, fraudulent, has been tampered with, duplicates another claim, or does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.
9. Bonus Product
The Bonus Product is one Everdure KILN P in Terracotta (model EKILNPT), valued at $849 RRP, as set out in clause 6.
Once a valid claim has been approved, the Bonus Product will be dispatched within 28 days of claim approval to the Australian delivery address supplied with the claim.
The Bonus Product is supplied while stocks last. If it becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter may substitute an alternative product or benefit of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law.
The Bonus Product is subject to the manufacturer’s applicable warranty and product terms. The claimant is responsible for ensuring the Bonus Product is installed, connected and used in accordance with the supplied instructions.
The bonus offer is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Bonus Product cannot be substituted at the claimant’s request.
10. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds
If an Eligible Purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded before the Bonus Product is dispatched, the related claim will be invalid.
If an Eligible Purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded after the Bonus Product has been dispatched, the Promoter may seek recovery of the Bonus Product or its value where permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies available to a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Other Offers
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Artusi promotional offer unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information for the purposes of administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility and arranging fulfilment and delivery of the Bonus Product. The Promoter may disclose personal information to service providers involved in administering the Promotion, including fulfilment and delivery providers, and to regulatory authorities where required by law. If the requested information is not provided, the Promoter may be unable to process the claim.

13. General
The Promoter is not responsible for claims that are not received due to a claimant’s incorrect contact or delivery details, or a technical failure outside the Promoter’s reasonable control. The Promoter is not responsible for delivery delays outside its reasonable control. Claimants should retain a copy of all information submitted with their claim.
The Promoter may take reasonable steps to prevent fraud, misuse or manipulation of the Promotion and may disqualify a claimant who tampers with the claim process or submits false or misleading information.
Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
